Import Problems -CSV Restrictions

The CSV format places a lot of restrictions on the data, you need to ensure that all double quotes and commas are properly embedded.

Whilst memo data can in theory be properly escaped to include new lines, this invariably does not work and we recommend avoiding this practice.
