Validating Data
Data is Valid?
For data to be valid it must NOT contain any " or , unless they are properly embedded.
For account references they can contain only A to Z and 1 to 0 - no spaces avoid extended characters such as !"£$%^&*(){}[]:@;<>,. (Note there are some extended characters that you can enter into Account references that the standard Sage import routines do not permit eg &.
The fields must also be in the correct order prior to Version 2011 (V17)
Our Custom integration & import solution will allow you to have fields in any order and extract them from formats other than CSV eg: invoices printed to disk.
